Yes. There's no charge and no obligation to buy, in studio or on video.
Do you offer video call appointments?
Yes, on Google Meet or WhatsApp video, in any time zone. Most of our international brides book this way.
Can I get a piece customised or made to measure?
On most occasion wear, yes. Sleeves, length and blouse fit are confirmed during the session.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is dispatched, it usually takes 3-7 days to be delivered. We ship worldwide.
What's the return or exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges on eligible pieces can be raised through our returns portal. Customised pieces are final sale.
