SHIPPING POLICY:

SHIPPING CHARGES: 

  • We ship worldwide.
  • For orders containing only Ready-to-Ship (RTS) products, we guarantee dispatch within 48 hours (2 working days).
  • For orders containing a combination of RTS and non-RTS products, our standard dispatch timeline of 7-10 working days applies.
  • Free shipping for all International orders.
  • Normally we would dispatch orders within 7-10 working days. in some cases if it takes longer time we would inform you. once your order is dispatched it usually takes 3-7 days to deliver.

 

  • Delivery Timeline
    Delivery time depends on courier partners and delivery location.in few locations, delivery may take longer depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistic partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you, please check your emails,whatsapp and SMS for regular updates.
  • In case you need the product by particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance, we will update you according. 
  • As the recipient, you are liable to pay of all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment to these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

Please note that DHL will contact the consignee for delivery. If they don't receive a response within a certain timeframe, they will destroy the parcel as per their policy.

DELAYED/MISSING PARCEL:

  • All our parcels are shipped through trusted courier partners.
  • Incase of delay in the delivery, kindly contact us so we can help figure out why the parcel was delayed.
  • Note that once the product is dispatched from our facility it will take a few days for delivery depending on the delivery location. The period of transit is not in our control and can fluctuate due to unforeseeable reasons. In this case we will not be responsible for your order delay.
  • Some times we offer guaranteed delivery on specific time of particular items but transit time is not in our control and can fluctuate due to unforeseeable reasons. Courier companies will be responsible for delay In this case. we will not be responsible for your order delay.
  • Incase of missing parcel from our end, we will dispatch a new piece but due to the sudden mishap the time frame for delivery may vary. Kindly contact us regarding the same.

 

CANCELLATION: 

  • Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. 
  • For any cancellations you can reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91-9352767013 or mail us at support@baisegaba.com.
  • We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible as per given time line but sometimes there may be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. in that case of delay (If product not dispatched within estimated time limit), customer can contact us to cancel the order and full amount will be refunded.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS:

  • We do not accept returns & exchanges.
  • In case piece doesn't fit you, Customer can contact us within 7 days of order delivery date. Customer will have to send back the piece is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, no signs of perfume, once we receive the product we will do the quality check and acknowledge you.
  • Please send us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us  an email at support@baisegaba.com 
  • Please note return shipment & shipment cost will be borne by customer only. 
  • Please note exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customized orders.  
  • Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products.
  • Please also know screen monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be  close, may not be 100% accurate.
  • Please note sale items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
  • By utilizing our exchange policy, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  • The products must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • The products must be unwashed and unworn with the original packaging

 Refunds:

  • Refunds for returned products will be issued in the form of store credit only.

How soon will I get my Credit Note?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will get your credit in your Baise Gaba account.
